NO CHANGES OF USE OR OCCUPANCY NOT CONSISTENT WITH A CERTIFICATE SHALL BE MADE UNLESS FIRST APPROVED BY THE BOROUGH SUPERINTENDENT

Unless an approval for the same has been obtained from Borough Superintendent, no change or rearregement in the estructural parts of building, or affecting the light and ventilation of any part thereof, or in the exit facilities, shall be made; no enlargement, whether by extending on any side or increasing in height shall be made; nor shall the building be moved fromt one location or position to another; nor shall there be a any reduction or diminution of the area of the lot plot on which the building is located.

The Congress hereby declares that the general welfare and security of the Nation and the health and living standards of its people require housing production and related community development sufficient to remedy the serious housing through the clearence of slumd and blighted areas, and the realization as soon as feasible of the goal of a decent home and suitable living enviroment for every American family, this contributing to the development and revelopment of communities and the advancement of the growth, wealth, and security of the Nation.
